New Dosing Heads by Reef Factory
These heads operate bidirectionally, allowing not just dosing of components or minerals but also feeding, like phytoplankton. After dosing food, any residue in the tubing can return to the container. Heads available in two sizes, switching to the larger one allows for dosing in greater volumes.
BPT Material
The tubing in the heads is made of BPT, a material resistant to chemicals and extremely durable, which means it lasts longer than competitors’ products.
Quick Installation
Easy installation on the DIN rail, which is included. Mount the rail in a cabinet, and then attach the pump.
High-Quality Stepper Motors
These are remarkably accurate and quiet.
Versatility in Dosing
With the ability to set up to 48 doses a day, it fosters a more stable aquarium environment. Frequent dosing results in smaller parameter shifts.
Smart Features
What Reef Factory is renowned for is its Smart functionality and the world’s most refined mobile app. On one hand, connect the pump side to your home WiFi for remote management. On the other, benefit from the additional Smart features in the app itself. The Smart Reef app has been revamped for the new pumps, and they now have a more mobile, user-friendly management panel.
Pricing
Interestingly, the pumps are priced similarly to the regular versions of the Dosing Pump. The Dosing Pump Pro X1 is priced at 160 Euros, while the Dosing Pump Pro X4 comes in at 390 Euros. This competitive pricing has been achieved by using their own heads in the dispensers. Reef Factory has shared its margin with the customers, meaning the Pro version will be sold at the price of standard dosing pumps.
Attention to Detail
Every aspect and function of the new Dosing Pump Pro series is refined. We believe it will be the best dosing pump worldwide for our hobby – of course, the market and users will verify this claim.
